BOOKING AND CONTACTING US

If you would like any further information, or wish to book a cruise, please email, phone or write; we will be able to tell you immediately whether your preferred cruise date is free, and arrange to reserve it on receipt of your deposit. Our regular season runs from the beginning of April to the end of October, but you are welcome to book a cruise at any time of the year.

Helix can be chartered for a minimum of two people, and a maximum of six. The price per person for our standard cruise is £140, inclusive of all meals. Aperitifs, wines and liqueurs will be served with our compliments. A deposit will be required with your booking, which must be made at least 48 hours before your cruise. In the case of gift vouchers, full payment can be made at this time. We may be able to offer a personalised cruise, ideal for celebrating an occasion such as a birthday or anniversary; please feel free to enquire. Cruise days are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of extreme weather conditions being forecast, we will give you the opportunity to choose an alternative date or request a full refund. Due to the traditional layout and dimensions of a narrowboat, it may not be possible to accommodate wheelchair users. If you or any members of your party have reduced mobility, please advise us when booking, so that we can ensure your comfort and safety.
